Tacos De Asada Estilo Tijuana

Ingredients:
Garlic salt, black pepper, chicken seasoning, limes, orange, onions, cilantro, avocado, 2 lbs beef flap steak(ranchera or milanesa), serranos, jalapenos, 2 avocados, garlic cloves, crema mexicana (sour cream), salt, chicken bouillon, cucumbers, yellow corn tortillas
Instructions:
1. Cut meat into small pieces first. Season meat with garlic salt, chicken seasoning and black pepper to taste, squeeze 1-2 limes, 1 orange, chopped cilantro 1/2 cup, sliced onion 1/2 cup, mix all together
2. Fry meat with cooking oil of choice until fully cooked or browned
3. For Guacamole boil 1 jalapeno, 1 serrano for 10-15 minutes, take 1/2 cup water to blend jalapeno, serrano, 1-2 cloves garlic, 1-2 whole avocados sliced in half, add 1 tsp chicken bouillon, 1 tablespoon crema mexicana, 1/2 tsp salt (use low pulse)
4. Make tacos with yellow corn tortillas, add meat and guacamole, chopped onion and cilantro, lime
5. Serve with cucumbers and beans (frijoles de la olla) optional
