Enchiladas Suizas

Ingredients:
Tortillas, Jalapenos, Serranos, Tomatillos, Crema Mexicana. Monterrey Jack Cheese, Mozzarella, Lettuce, Boneless Chicken Breasts, Chicken Bouillon, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Boil Chicken Breasts in water, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper (25 minutes) 2lbs
2. Boil 4-5 jalapenos, 2 serranos, 5-6 tomatillos (medium-sized) or 12 small ones
3. Sauce- Blend jalapenos, serranos, tomatillos, 2 tsp chicken bouillon, 2 tablespoons crema Mexicana, 2 garlic cloves, 1 cup of chicken broth
4. Shred chicken after its fully cooked
5. Fry sauce with a little bit of oil, bring to broil
6. Fry tortilla in oil, then dip onto the sauce
7. Add chicken to tortilla and roll (follow step 6-7) until desired amount of enchiladas
8. Serve and top with Mozzarella and Monterrey Jack cheese, Crema Mexicana, Lettuce
